Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #T4609 Tradesman's Industrial Park and 79 Business Park Improvements to Patin Construction in the not to exceed amount of $343,399.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Purchasing Department solicited bids for Tradesman's Industrial Park and 79 Business Park Improvements. One-Hundred Three (103) suppliers were invited to bid of which six (6) suppliers viewed the bid documents and three (3) suppliers responded. One (1) of the three (3) submittals were considered non-responsive. Patin Construction was determined to be the lowest responsive bidder. Staff is recommending award to Patin Construction in an amount not to exceed $343,399.00. The Road and Bridge Department point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funds are budgeted in the FY 21 funding source 01.0200.0210.003599.
