Background
The Purchasing Department solicited bids for CR 266 Milling and Overlay. One hundred forty-nine (149) suppliers were invited to bid of which five (5) suppliers viewed the bid documents and three (3) responded. The Road and Bridge Department determined Texas Materials Group, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $234,637.85. The Road and Bridge Department point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funds are budgeted in the FY 21 funding source 01.0200.0210.003599.
