Background
The Purchasing Department solicited sealed bids for IFB #T4442 S. San Gabriel Ranches Subdivision Road & Drainage Improvements. Two-Hundred (200) vendors were invited to bid and twelve (12) vendors participated in the solicitation of which four (4) submitted a bid. Terra Path, Inc. is the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $1,870,000.00. The low base bid is $65,294.00 below the Engineer's Estimate, a cost decrease of 3.5%.
