Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the one-year Master Service Agreement and Quotation between NextRequest Co. and Williamson County for NextRequest Public Information Cloud Based Records Management Software that that supports open records requests in the amount of $26,250.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the County Attorney's Office, Sheriff's Office, Human Resources, and Technology Services Department. Quote attached outlines the all-in-one platform for managing puplic incidents reporting for Williamson County. The Master Service Agreement is attached. Three (3) quotes were collected for this service. Legal and Contract Audit reviewed and approved. Implementation to begin October 1, 2021. Agreement is for one year. Department contacts are Richard Semple and Minnie Beteille. This expenditure is pending approval for FY 22 Budget 01.0100.0503.005741.
