Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Williamson County and Streetsmart Rental for the Portable Traffic Light Signal Rental at Ronald Reagan Blvd. and Santa Rita Blvd. for a period of four (4) months beginning 8/16/2021 in the not-to-exceed amount of $36,000 and authorizing the execution of this agreement. 

Background

This agreement is for the Portable Traffic Light Signal Rental for Ronald Reagan Blvd. and Santa Rita Blvd. per the attached quote and contract agreement. Rental period is from 8/16/21 through 12/15/2021.  Three (3) quotes were obtained.  Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.004620.
