Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognizing Crystal Kaderka, Customer Service Administrator for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3, as a recipient of the 2021 Official of the Year Award by the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association (JPCA) of Texas.
Background
The Justices of the Peace and Constables Association (JPCA) of Texas has named Crystal Kaderka as a recipient of the 2021 Official of the Year Award. Kaderka was recognized for her efforts in establishing a curbside payment service for defendants during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition Kaderka created and maintained an online scheduling system for appointments which enabled her team to maintain the highest case rate in Williamson County. Kaderka was selected among nominations received from 254 counties throughout Texas.
