Attached is a First Amended Agreement with Bluebonnet Trails Community Services for Specialty Programs. This Amendment addresses the addition of the 23 Hour Observation and Law Enforcement Triage Program. This is specifically Attachement C to the agreement. There are no funds associated with this agreement.
