Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to acknowledge, authorize execution and record into minutes an additional attachment to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Thyssenkrupp for elevator inspection services (original contract approved on 9/28/21 under agenda item #19).

The MSA with Thyssenkrupp (via purchasing cooperative Omnia #R200502) was previously approved on 9/28/21 under agenda #19 but inadvertently failed to include all attachments. The missing attachment, herein provided, is Work Order and Price Proposal for Inspection Services and needs to be executed and recorded into the minutes. Please note that the terms and conditions on this proposal are supplemented and preempted by the essential terms and conditions on the MSA that was previously approved. Specifically, Section VI. of the MSA resolves conflicting terms between the MSA and this attachment in favor of the county. Department contact: Christi Stromberg.
