Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Freeit Data Solutions on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis to provide consulting, configuration expertise and implementation of the Azure Sentinel technology area. The estimated price for these services is $40,320.00, pursuant to the DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4229 valid through 8/23/22, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this purchase will provide the Williamson County IT Department with professional services for Azure Sentinel configuration. Azure Sentinel is a cloud based system that aggregates data from all sources, including users, applications, servers, and devices running on-premises or in any cloud environment to provide connectivity to security platforms. The attached Statement of Work and agreement have more information regarding the details of the services provided.
