Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Cedar Park regarding the transfer of ownership of a school zone flashing beacon assembly, located on Anderson Mill Road south of Zeppelin Drive, to the City of Cedar Park.
Background
The City of Cedar Park requested the transfer of ownership of a school zone flashing beacon assembly located within Williamson County ROW due to the school zone being split between the City of Cedar Park and Williamson County. Upon transfer, the City of Cedar Park will operate and maintain the school zone in its entirety. The City of Cedar Park approved the Interlocal Agreement at the August 12, 2021 City Council meeting.
