Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement proposal between Williamson County and Carrier Corporation for HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services in the amount of $18,296.00 per year per the terms of the Buyboard contract #631-20 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
Per the attached quote, this allows Carrier Corporation to conduct quarterly inspections and annual preventative maintenance to the specified twelve (12) Air Cooled Chillers/HVAC units at the following locations: Cedar Park Annex, Williamson County Justice Center, Williamson County Jail and ESOC.
