Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotation between Data Projections, Inc. and Williamson County for relocation of existing AV equipment infrastructure at the Williamson County Justice Center Court at Law Two in the amount of $8,132.14 pursuant to TIPS contract #210101, and authorizing execution of the documents.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations at the Williamson County Justice Center Court at Law Two. Existing AV equipment infrastructure shall be moved to a cooler room in the building. Quote #010172 and addendum are attached. Department contact is Don Heflin. This expenditure will be charged to P515.
