Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Agreement for Case Management Services for the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program between Williamson County and Jordan Jamar; and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
Background
This a renewal of Ms. Jamar's Case Management Services Agreement with the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program. Ms.Jamar has been serving in this role for the past year and her current contract expires September 30, 2021.
This position is grant-funded through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission and the allocated county match.
