Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing end user software license related to the previously approved purchase of ASL 5000 Ventilator Training Device from Ingmar Medical and authorize the execution of the County Addendum.

Background

There is no additional cost to the county for the software license and the related equipment purchase which was approved on 08.21.2021 under agenda Item No.14. Mike Knipstein is the point of contact and CARES funds to be used.
