Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Vaughn Construction, Change Order No. 1 for the Williamson County Historic Courthouse Door Renovations for a time extension of 150 calendar days. There is no additional funding required.
Background
This change order is for a time extension of 150 calendar days for the renovation of the Historic Courthouse doors. This change is requested due to delays caused by COVID. On July 13, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved utilization of Vaughn Construction under Choice Partners cooperative contract 15/041JN-16 in the not-to-exceed amount of $168,350. Department point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding source is 01.001.1024.004509, FY21.
