Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 4 to the Corridor H (Sam Bass Road) contract between Williamson County and K Friese & Associates, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P462. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
KFA contract amendment No. 4 increases the contract cap by $27,800.00 from $2,060,000.00 to $2,087,800.00. It also amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule to add new labor rates for Freese & Nichols, Inc. (FNI) to provide Dam 13A stability analysis, to be authorized through Work Authorization #2 Supplemental #4.
