Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet Tahoes from Holiday Chevrolet in the amount of $105,755.00, pursuant to TXSmartBuy Contract #070-A1 for the vehicle and Tarrant County Cooperative Contract #2019-181 for the upfitting.

Background

Approval of this purchase will support the operations of Williamson County Sheriff's Office Jail.  These Tahoes will replace units SA1459 & SC1491.  These units were originally scheduled to be replaced in FY21 but due to supply chain issues will be replaced in FY22. Quote is attached that outlines the vehicles and upfitting.  The Fleet Services and Budget Department have both reviewed this purchase. Department contact is Commander Christopher Watts.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0570.005700.
