Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the second addendum for the Master Service Agreement approved under agenda item #42 on 3/24/2020 between Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for Surveillance Equipment and Monitoring Services, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,350,000.00 and as per Sourcewell Contract #031517-SCS, and authorizing the execution of the addendum.
Background
This second addendum to the Master Services Agreement is covered under Sourcewell Contract #031517-SCS and is for the increase of the not-to-exceed-amount from the most recent first addendum which was $400,000 and approved on 06/30/2020 under agenda item #30, to the new not-to-exceed amount of $1,350,000. Surveillance Equipment and Monitoring Services includes building and door security and access. Funding was approved in the FY22 budget. Facilities Department point of contact is Christi Stromberg. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items, such as, but not limited to: 100-0509-4509,4510,5300 and other department specific line items and projects, if necessary.
