Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotations between Data Projections, Inc. and Williamson County for a new Audio Visual System upgrades at the Purchasing and HR Training rooms in the amount of $33,866.26 EACH (two separate systems) pursuant to TIPS contract #210101, and authorizing execution of the documents. Funding Source is CARES Funding.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations at the Williamson County Purchasing and HR Training Rooms located at the Georgetown Annex. Quotes for the A/V upgrades in each training room are attached. The upgrade for each room comes at a cost of $33,866.26 for a total cost of $67,732.52. Williamson County Addendums are also included for each project. IT, Legal, and contract audit have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 418P; 418A; Task 1.1. CARES funding was verified by the Auditor's Office. Department contact is Richard Semple.
