Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Amendment 2 between Labor Finders and Williamson County for temporary labor pursuant to Quote No. 21-4-1886, authorizing the execution of the Agreement and exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024.(a)(4) a personal or professional service.
Background
This amendment addresses the temporary staffing needs for the Expo Center facility with additional staffing before, during and after special events, such as the County Fair and Rodeo, on an as-needed basis through 9/30/2022. As needed services shall be ordered within approved budgeted amounts. Jason Brown and Monica Holland (alternate) are the Point of Contact and Funding Source: 01-0100-3106-004100
