Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2015 Certificates of Obligation budget transfer to close P528 (JJC - Restroom/Water Fountain) and move the remaining funds of $200,000 to P543 (JJC - Records Room Remodel).
Background
This transfer is necessary because the scope of the records room has been revised and the restrooms will now be rolled into the new addition.
