Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #T2526, renewal option period #1, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, but with a price increase (per attached spreadsheet) for Striping with DIJ Construction, Inc. for the 12-month term of December 22, 2021 - December 21, 2022.

Background

This is the first of two available renewals with DIJ Construction for Striping Services.  The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflects the vendor met all county requirements on contract and requests renewal.  The department Point of Contact is James Williams.  The funding source in the FY22 budget is under Striping 01.0200.0210.003542.
