Background
Emergency replacement of our waste oil tank is needed to meet updated TCEQ requirements. Our current tank was unable to pass the updated testing requirements set by TCEQ, and as our current tank is near the end of its life cycle, we are unable to find a vendor that will perform necessary upgrades on a tank of this age.
