Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreements between Williamson County and SHARP Electronics Corp. for two (2) copy machines in the amounts of $235.36 for one copier and $193.36 for the second copier per month, for thirty-six (36) months each, for the County Auditor's Office, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of the Williamson County Auditor's Office. The proposed leases through SHARP Electronics are for a term of 36 months each, one will take effect February 1, 2022, and one takes effect on April 1, 2022. The first one includes one (1) copy machine at a monthly rate of $236.35, (Including 9000 BLK copies/prints per month with overages charged at $0.0070 each.) The second one includes one (1) copy machine at a monthly charge of $193.36, (including 3000 BLK copies/prints per month with overages charged at $0.0070 each.) Both include delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner. Budget and Audit have approved for FY22. Department contact is Julie Kiley.
