Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #21RFSQ2 for the remodel of the ground-floor of north Jail and to provide a new elevator and HVAC unit to Talex Inc., Engineers, in the amount of $216,511.00, and authorize execution of the agreement. Funding Source is P540.
Background
Talex Inc., Engineering s being recommended for this particular project as this is a request for modifications to their “previous design” for the Jail Magistrate Courtroom Design and Talex has a current knowledge of this area and the design programing. Tom Stanfield is the point of contact.
