Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #22RFP32 for Overhead Door Annual Preventative Maintenance Service to The Door Company with the Request for Proposal and The Door Company’s submittal serving as the contracting documents.
Background
The Purchasing Department issued 174 RFP notifications, 10 firms downloaded documents of which 1 submitted a proposal. This is for annual preventative maintenance services for Williamson County building rolling doors, counter shutters and automatic door full maintenance services for automatic door systems (single, sliding, and swing doors) and Annual American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturer Inspections at Williamson County owned premises. This term shall take effect January 1, 2022 and continue until September 30, 2024 with possibility of four (4) - twelve (12) month optional renewals. Estimated amount for FY22 is $56,785.00. Funding Source FY22: 00100.000509.004500 is for the PM service contract, 00100.00509.004510 is for any repairs. Shantil Moore is the point of contact.
