Background
Williamson County executed Work Authorization No. 2 with Talex Inc., Engineers, on November 24, 2020, to provide services at the Jail Magistrate Court, Elevator 9, Chiller 4 (P540). On December 2, 2021, both parties agreed to mutually terminate said Agreement for this project.
