Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Resolution and Order of the Commissioners Court Of Williamson County, Texas In Support of the Establishment of a Civil Court Alternative Dispute Resolution System pursuant To Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 135.151 & Ch. 152. 

Due to SB 41 and changes required tp the Judicial Civil Fees, it is required per Section 135.157 for the Commissioners Court to pass this resolution in order to establish an Alternative Dispute Resolution System.  This fee has been collected for some time prior to this change and utilized for Settlement Week held twice a year other than during the Pandemic.  With the changes under SB 41 the fee is still required to be collected but if we have not established a system to include the Commissioners Court adopting this resolution then the funds have to be sent to the State of Texas.
