Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Knight Security for the Inner Loop Annex Camera and Intercom additions, for the total amount of $10,027.82 with an annual recurring amount of $1,140.00, pursuant to the DIR-CPO 4494 contract, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Inner Loop Annex with additional cameras and intercoms for security purposes. The video surveillance system includes One (1) Axis P3719-PLE camera and Two (2) Axis P1455-LE security cameras. Installation includes hardware, system licenses, programming and configuration unless otherwise stated. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the equipment and installation of the cameras. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The funding expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004509. The Department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
