Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 5 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 5 development.  It consists of 167 single family lots, 4 drainage/open space/utility/landscape lots and 6,097 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,576,604.54 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-11-02 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-11-02 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2021-12-01 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-01-07 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2022-01-14 – 2nd review complete with minor comments
2022-01-17 – 3rd submittal of the final plat with signatures
2022-01-18 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2022-01-20 – final plat placed on the January 25, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
