Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Knight Security for the Liberty Hill Adult Probation Security Camera additions, for the total amount of $16,725.99 with an annual recurring amount of $2,100.00, pursuant to the DIR-CPO 4494 contract, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Liberty Hill Adult Probation with additional cameras and intercoms for security purposes. The video surveillance system includes Four (4) Axis P3719-PLE camera, Two (2) Dome M3075-V security cameras, One (1) Dome M3066-V security cameras. Installation includes hardware, system licenses, programming and configuration unless otherwise stated. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the equipment and installation of the cameras. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The Department point of contact is Dwayne Gossett. Funding Source is 445P CSCD OFFICE EXP/445A/task 12.
