Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report on HCS Inc. Commercial GC, Change Order No. 8 for the Williamson County Justice Center Remodel (P515) in the amount of $29,875.59.  Funding source is P515 Project Contingency.

This change order is for architectural and electrical related needs within the project.   There will be a time extension of 59 days.   Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield.  On November 17, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Facilities Sr. Project Manager, Tom Stanfield, with authority to approve change orders under Local Government Code Sec. 262.031, in relation to Williamson County construction and facilities projects. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
