Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report from Chasco Contractors, Ltd., Change Order No. 7 for the Williamson County L.E. Drop Center (445P) for $13,212.34 but no increase in time.  Funding source is 445P.445A.2.1. 

Background

This change order is for additional miscellaneous architectural, plumbing and electrical items identified during the Project Punch/Close out and Bluebonnet’s initial move-in that required services added to the original scope of work.  There are no additional days added to substantial completion.   Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield.  On October 19, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Tom Stanfield, Williamson County Facilities Senior Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $50,000 in relation the Williamson County LE Drop Center, pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031.  This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
