Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a License Agreement Between Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center and Williamson County for the use of a portion of the Lott Building located at 107 Holly Street, Georgetown, Texas, which will serve as a 24-Hour Law Enforcement (LE) Triage Center and a 23-Hour Observation Center.
Background
Restoration of the Lott Building with CARES funding was approved by Commissioners Court. The Facilities Department has overseen the renovations that are nearing completion and the Sheriff's Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services are ready to begin moving into the building. The anticipated opening day for the center is March 17th. The attached License Agreement between the County and Bluebonnet Trails outlines the use and purpose of the building.
