Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an interlocal agreement and business associate agreement between Williamson County and Cities Health District and Williamson County related to collaboration for WilCo Care Recipients.
Background
This ILA would allow Health District personnel and County Community Heath Paramedicine personnel to work together to provide service to WilCo Care recipients as defined in exhibit A. The overall goal of the ILA is to engage WilCo Care recipients and improve efficiencies of WilCo Care utilization by the target population. There is no payment obligation with this ILA. All work can be accomplished with current County CHP staff. It has been reviewed and approved by WilCo legal.
