Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Estates at Northgate Phase 1, Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Estates at Northgate development.  It consists of 28 lots and 2,694 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2021-08-04 – 2nd review complete with comments
2022-01-06 – 3rd submittal of final plat with minor changes
2022-01-11 – 3rd review complete with minor comments  
2022-01-12 – 4th submittal of final plat and comments clear
2022-01-12 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2022-02-16 – final plat received with signatures
2022-02-17 – final plat placed on February 22, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
