Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the remodel to the existing records room at the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center by Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $173,701.18, per the terms of Buy Board Contract #581-19 and authorizing the execution of this agreement. Funding Source is P543.
Background
This service agreement will furnish labor, material and equipment to the remodel the existing records room, to include but not limited to installing new flooring and wall protection, removing of ceiling grid, demo and install new doors, installation of new walls and electrical outlets at the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center. Funding Source is P543. Department point of Contact is Angel Gomez.
