Background
This Change Order provides the final quantities for the overrun/underrun of Contract items on the project.
This Change Order results in an increase of $300.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $307,308.36. The original Contract amount was $319,866.00. Because of this and all other Change Orders, $12,557.64 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 3.9% net decrease in the Contract cost.
