Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of new chemical identifying equipment and training from FarrWest Environmental Supply, Inc. in the amount of $73,625.15, per the terms of Buyboard contract #603-20.

Background

This quote is for the purchase of chemical identifying equipment to support the operations of the HazMat Division of the Fire Marshall's Department. The chemical monitor has a built-in library of chemicals that is updated and maintained. It also includes training for the Hazmat team members on the new equipment.  Funding Source is 442P.  Point of contact is Hank Jones.
