Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2022 Capital Improvement Program Budget transfer to move $192,000 from P576 (2022 CIP Non-Departmental) to P565 (CTTC Winter Storm). 

This budget increase request in the amount of $142,000, is due to the necessity to supply 3-phase power to the CTTC Facility to support the new fire pump required for code compliance. The original utility provider estimate for this scope was based on a different pole and line route to the building than what is now being proposed. The current utility provider engineering has concluded that the pole and line route must be from a different direction which is farther away and must also include new poles and lines.  

This transfer is also necessary to add $50,000 in project contingency for any other unforeseen events.
