Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development. It consists of 17 single family lots, 1 drainage/utility/open space lot and 876 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $383,032.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
Timeline
2022-01-28 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-02-01 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2022-02-25 – 1st review complete with comments clear
2022-03-01 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2022-03-03 – final plat placed on the March 8, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
