Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement between Pitney Bowes, Inc. and the Williamson County Constables Office Precinct 2 for a postage machine lease in the amount of $55.20 per month, pursuant to Cooperative Contract with NASPO #0041247823, and authorizing execution of the lease.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Constables Office Precinct 2. Lease is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $55.20 monthly billed quarterly at $165.60. Legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed the lease. This expenditure will be charged to 0100-0552-004216. Department point of contact is William Beechinor.
