Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding termination of contract IFB # T4442, with Terra Path, Inc. and authorize County Judge to sign letter providing 30-day notice of termination.

Background

Approval of this item will terminate the existing contract in place with Terra Path, Inc., for South San Gabriel Ranches Subdivision Road and Drainage Improvements IFB # T4442, approved by commissioner's court on 8/24/21. Vendor is unable to provide supplies for the Road and Bridge Department.  Notice of contract termination is attached.  Department contact is Terron Evertson.
