Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. to provide weekly commercial trash service at the Williamson County River Ranch Park in the amount of $867.00 per month, South West Regional Park in the amount of $363.00 per month, Berry Springs Park in the amount of $150.00 per month, for a 36-month term, per the quotes attached, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for commercial waste disposal services for the Williamson County River Ranch Park for six (6) dumpsters, Southwest Regional Park for three (3) dumpsters, Berry Springs Parks for one (1) dumpster to be staged at different high volume traffic areas within the park. Three quotes were obtained. Funding Source 01.0100.3107.004430, 01.0100.3103.004430, 01.0100.3101.004430. Department point of contact is Keith Greer.
