Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to increase the funding for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in Project 445P Wilco by $14,847 for Audio Visual changes in Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 Courtroom.

The current Audio-Visual system in the Justice of the Peace #2 courtroom does not allow for media to be displayed without approaching the bench. In order to allow for social distancing amongst people in the courtroom, functionality must be added to the system to allow for presentation from the Defense and Prosecution tables. The changes involve moving some existing hardware, changing some components and system programming, and adding hardware. There will also need to be a short partition built to enclose the A/V rack and separate it from the witness area.
