Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1, Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Saddleback Phase 1 development.  It consists of 222 single family lots, 1 open space/landscape/water quality/drainage/utility lots, 3 open space/drainage/utility lots and 11,502 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a performance bond in the amount of $2,915,635.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-01-21 – initial submittal of final plat
2022-01-21 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2022-02-18 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-03-01 – 2nd submittal of final plat 
2022-03-10 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2022-03-14 – 3rd submittal of final plat with all signatures
2022-03-16 – 3rd review complete with all comments clear
2022-03-17 – final plat placed on the March 22, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
