Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Northfork subdivision – Precinct 2.

This subdivision (fka Liberty Hill 90) consists of 52 single family lots, 2 right-of-way reserves, 6 open space/landscape lots and 3,721 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $81,090.25 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
