Williamson County issued over 5,500 notifications for this solicitation with 133 document takers.  Eight (8) firms submitted responses. Williamson County intends to construct a new 69,000 square foot, two-story addition to the Juvenile Justice Center to house education space, specialized housing, visitation, and recreation facilities. The design will include all utilities, drainage, parking, roadways, landscaping and walkways necessary to complete the project.  BLGY, Inc. was selected by the evaluation committee, as the highest rated firm and a contract was negotiated. Treanor HL will be serving as a sub-consultant for this project. The County shall pay Three Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($393,400.00) as a Basic Fee and a not-to-exceed amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) for Reimbursable Expenses.
