Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #T3353 Cast in Place Concrete Contract, renewal option period #1, for the same pricing (not to exceed $600,000), terms and conditions as the existing contract with RHB Construction for the term of 4/19/22 - 4/18/23.
Background
This is the first renewal period for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department requests this renewal and submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) stating the vendor met all county contract requirements. The FY22 budget funding source is Roadway Rehab 01.0200.0210.003599. The department point of contact is James Williams.
