Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognizing the community partners who assisted the Cities of Granger, Hutto, Jarrell, Round Rock, and Taylor and the unincorporated areas of our community during the tornadoes on March 21st, 2022.
Background
Williamson County Office of Emergency Management would like to recognize certain individuals on behalf of all the partners that responded to the tornadoes on March 21st, 2022. The donation of time, people, equipment, and other resources allowed for the quick and safe recovery efforts to begin while asking for nothing in return. The tornado event showed neighbor helping neighbor and brought our community together again as Texans helped Texans.
